a lil bit about me

I always knew I was going to be a mom one day but when it actually happened I wasn’t really prepared and had to figure it out along the way. Motherhood came at me fast and blessed me with 2 kids in 2 years. Even now with two kids, I still don’t know what I’m doing half the time! Most of the time I’m “a hot mess just trying her best!” 

I’m a former fashion stylist turned stay at home mom. Since then I’ve focused my creativity on styling my kids’ wardrobe, furnishing & organizing our home and cooking, trying new recipes. Trust me, I’m not an expert at parenting or motherhood. I’m going to be real and share what I’ve learned along the way, what works for my family, and all the struggles that come with it.

In 2012 I met my husband, Jey. We were halfway across the world for a wedding not realizing til we came back that we lived nearby to each other. In 2017 we had our daughter, Lana. 2018 was a busy and momentous year for us. We celebrated Lana’s 1st birthday, Jey proposed at her birthday party and a month after we found out I was pregnant again! Later that year we had our son, Isaiah. In May 2019, just 7 months after having our son we tied the knot.
