Why did we start this blog?

Our journey to motherhood has been very similar, We were even pregnant with our daughters at the same time, just 3 months apart from each other. So after going through every phase of our lives together. From first boyfriends to our clubbing days and now to motherhood we felt like we had a lot to talk about it.

There are not many mommy bloggers that come from the same background or even look like us (we’re Filipino-American!) So we wanted to start this blog to hopefully have someone feel connected to us because they can relate to our stories, learn from our experiences, or just even feel represented in this mommy community.

Our kids can be crazy, relationships have its ups and downs, and we will go through some really shitty times in the future but we want to share those times too.

Janelle’s guilty of always having her lashes done, she even made sure to schedule an appointment right before she gave birth. Then it hit us that even on days when we’re put together, our brows are filled in, our lashes are full and we’re looking good we’re always left with piles of our entire family’s laundry.
